The member of the House of Assembly, Hon.Eric Okaka representing Owan East Local Government Area of Edo State has reconstructed the Ivbiaro Community Secondary School.
Okaka identified as a minority in the House of Assembly stated that this development was the first initiative since he was elected over a year ago.
He mentioned that it was the viral video of deteriorating school environment that caught his attention so he had to renovate it.
“Ivbiaro people’s votes in ward 10 were part of the votes that gave him victory to represent the local government at the House of Assembly and would not forget that singular gesture.
“Though I am from Otuo, and many people thought that if I was going to do anything I should naturally start from Otuo but that was not the case.
Ivbiaro Progressive Forum World-Wide’s president, Comrade Shaka Oyaregba appreciated the the lawmaker for his efforts towards the school. He further noted the school would provide quality education for the children in the community.
