Governor of Kano State, Abba Kabir Yusuf has reaffirmed his steadfast loyalty to Kwankwaso and the Kwankwasiyya ideology, which is centered on education and human capital development.
He clarified the public concerning the rumours of the conflict with his political mentor, Rabiu Kwankwaso. He made this clarification at the Government House on Wednesday, November 6, during a midnight interview.
He further noted that he does not have any problem with his leader, Kwankwaso. He criticized ‘Abba Tsaya Da Kafarka’ (Stand on Your Own Feet, Abba) movement, which encourages him to create independence from Kwankwaso .
He added that such movement means betrayal and he cannot enforce it. He reiterated his unwavering support to Kwankwaso and Kwankwasiyya ideology which is centered on education and human capital development.
While addressing the issue of avoiding Kwankwaso’s calls and meetings, Governor Yusuf stated that such reports were inaccurate. He further emphasized that the rumours of the dispute were not true.
